As much as possible, we buy and source our ingredients locally across Windsor-Essex County. We make our own sauces, soup, and baklava from scratch. Every day, we hand-chop romaine lettuce, red onions, and field tomatoes to be used in our sandwiches. Only the finest products are used in our meals.

The Chicken Supreme has become our signature dish! Wrapped in a grilled pita bread, topped with daily hand-chopped fresh vegetables, and served with our delicious homemade special sauce. Our Chicken Supreme’s delicious reputation across all of Windsor-Essex County keeps bringing customers back to our restaurant day after day.

The chicken we serve can only be found in 5-star restaurants. Each day, we take a breast of chicken, remove all the skin and fat, leaving 100% pure white meat. We then cube, skewer, and marinate it for 8-12 hours. Each chicken skewer we make is grilled fresh, on the spot, when it is ordered – it’s never pre-cooked.
